Headings in this document are included for ease reference, and do not affect interpretation in any way. </li> <li class="number">The Promoter is Goldpine Industries of 18 Oxford Street, Richmond, Nelson, New Zealand (telephone number is (03) 543 8008) (Promoter).</li> </ul> <h3>Duration</h3> <ul> <li class="number"> All references to time in this document are a reference to New Zealand Standard Time (NZST), unless otherwise noted. The Promotion commences at 7:30am on the 1^st of May 2023 and closes at 5:30pm on 31^st of May 2023 (Promotion Period). </li> </ul> <h3>Eligibility to enter</h3> <ul> <li class="number"> Entry is open only to all New Zealand residents (Eligible Entrants), excluding directors, management, employees and their immediate families (means spouse, parents, children and siblings) of the Promoter. </li> </ul> <h3>Entry into the Promotion</h3> <ul> <li class="number">To enter, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotion Period:</li> <ul class="alpha"> <li>Place an order for a Goldpine Farm Building and pay a non-refundable deposit by 5:30pm on the 31^st of May 2023 to be in the draw.</li> <li>Deposits need to be visible in your Goldpine Customer Account by Thursday 1^st of June 2023 at 8:00am.</li> <li>You must fill out an online entry form on the Goldpine website (<a href="http://www.goldpine.co.nz">goldpine.co.nz</a>).</li> <li>One entry per Farm Building purchased.</li> <li> No cancellation of order can be made once the prize has been drawn and rewarded. If a cancellation occurs after the prize has been redeemed, the prize winner will be asked to pay the full cost of the prize to Goldpine Industries and will forfeit their deposit. If any costs have occurred regarding the Farm Building for materials or services the customer will be on charged these as well. </li> </ul> <li class="number">The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries.</li> <li class="number">The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the Promoter.</li> </ul> <h3>Drawing of the Entries</h3> <ul> <li class="number">The draw of the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.</li> <li class="number">The draw will take place at a local Police Station of the Promoter’s choice on the 8^th of June 2023.</li> </ul> <h3>The Prize</h3> <ul> <li class="number"> The prize ‘3K WORTH OF STIHL GEAR’ is worth $3,000 incl. GST and can be spent on any STIHL products from a STIHL retail store. The $3,000 of STIHL gear cannot be exchanged for cash. STIHL product values are GST inclusive. </li> <li class="number">The value of the STIHL product claimed was correct at the time of printing as communicated by STIHL New Zealand.</li> <li class="number"> Your free STIHL product will be provided in the form of a voucher to be redeemed at your nearest STIHL store. Voucher valid until 30th July 2023. The winner of the ‘3K WORTH OF STIHL GEAR’ will receive a voucher for this prize, to be redeemed at their nearest STIHL store. </li> </ul> <h3>Notification of the winner</h3> <ul> <li class="number">The winner will be notified by phone or email within two business days of the draw.</li> </ul> <h3>Right of the Promoter to select another winner</h3> <ul> <li class="number">The Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another winner if the original winner does not satisfy the promotion terms and conditions.</li> </ul> <h3>Entry Details and Privacy</h3> <ul> <li class="number"> Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. Entrants consent to the use and publishing in any media of their image and person information for marketing and promotional purposes of the Promoter. Entrants consent to the Promoter using personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purpose of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding the prize (including to third parties involved in the promotion). </li> </ul> </div>
