We can guide you through your project from design to construction.</p> <h5>Do you have standard sheds available</h5> <p>Yes. We have New Zealand's largest range of standard sheds. The plans are pre-drawn by engineers and ready to go when you are.</p> <h5>Can you design a shed for my specific needs?</h5> <p>Yes. We have Farm Building Specialists and a team of designers & engineers at the ready to help design your shed, exactly to your requirements.</p> <h5>Can you supply (IL2) habitable buildings?</h5> <p>We do not supply IL2 habitable building.</p> <h5>What is the difference between Importance Level 1 and Importance level 2 (IL1 & IL2)?</h5> <p>Importance level 1 structures present a low degree of hazard to life and other property such as Farm Buildings and isolated structures. Importance level 2 structures are normal structures and structures not in other importance levels such as a single family dwellings and car parking buildings.</p> <h5>What is the lead time from signed quote to delivery for a standard shed?</h5> <p>Because plans are all ready to go, we can deliver your farm building as fast as 10 working days. Goldpine has its own internal distribution hubs that hold almost all of the components of your shed excluding iron, this means we can have your shed dispatched within days of confirmation once we have a fix on what you are aiming for.</p> <h5>What information do you require from me?</h5> <p> We require the following to ensure we supply the correct solution for your project; Site Address of the building, Delivery timeframe, Current Goldpine account (if you don't have one, we can easily set one up for you) </p> <h5>When will I have the plans?</h5> <p>Once you have returned a signed quote and paid your deposit, it will be approximately; Standard Plans - 1-3 working days, Non-Standard 5-10 working days</p>
Delivery
<div class="faqs"> <h5>Does my shed price include delivery?</h5> <p> Trade Sheds and Ned's Sheds are priced ex yard unless discussed with your Farm Building Specialist (we can include the freight and organise for you). Strongbuilt Sheds promoted in the mailer include freight within a 30km radius of your Goldpine Store and all other Strongbuilt Sheds are priced with delivery to site included unless otherwise stated. </p> <h5>How is the shed supplied to me?</h5> <p> The shed is supplied in kitset form. This will be done in separate deliveries. On the first you will receive all poles, timber and hardware (screws, bolts etc.). The second delivery you will receive all cladding, flashings and fixings. </p> <h5>When can my shed be delivered to me?</h5> <p>We will work to make sure the shed is delivered when you want it.</p> <h5>Why have you sent me a Gate Sign? Is it for promotional purposes?</h5> <p> No. We want to ensure that your shed is delivered to the right location. We ask that you attach the gate sign at the entrance to your building site so our delivery drivers can easily find the right location. These can be removed after all product is delivered. </p> </div>

<div class="faqs"> <h5>Do I need to pay a deposit?</h5> <p>Yes, a deposit allows us to organise your shed plans and get process underway. The deposit is non refundable</p> <h5>How do I set up a Goldpine credit account?</h5> <p>Easy, our team will assist to set you up with a Goldpine credit account, or you can create an account on the Goldpine website.</p> <h5>When do I pay the balance of my shed?</h5> <p> Your shed will be invoiced to your Goldpine Credit Account the day you receive the first delivery of your kitset, which includes poles, timber and hardware. Unless otherwise arranged the invoice is due on the 20<sup>th</sup> of the following month. </p> </div>

<div class="faqs"> <h5>Do I need council consent?</h5> <p>This depends on the size of the shed and the location it is being built in. Your shed will qualify for an exemption if</p> <ul> <li>Shed is no larger than 110m2</li> <li>High Wind Zone only</li> <li>No more than 4.0m high</li> <li>No deeper spans than 6.0m per single span</li> <li>The shed must be in a rural zone</li> </ul> <p> All other boundary requirements must be met, seek guidance from your local council for more information. We have builders that frequently build Goldpine sheds, and we can supply contact details but it is important you get in touch with them and ensure they are a good fit for you and your project. </p> </div>

<div class="faqs"> <h5>What type of poles do we use?</h5> <p>Our sheds are built using Goldpine High Density H5 treated Poles.</p> <h5>What type of timber do we use?</h5> <p>We use strength verified (SG8) treated timber</p> <h5>Do I get a warranty on my shed?</h5> <p> All of our sheds are designed and engineered to the building code. Our poles have a 50 year treatment guarantee against insect and fungal attack as per Goldpine guaranree on all poles and posts we produce. Products such as timber, iron and hardware are under the guarantee of their manufacturers. </p> </div>
