Today is a chance to celebrate rural women who play an integral role in New Zealand’s agricultural industry. Our women wear many hats and are fundamental to any rural operation as farm workers, business owners, managers and mothers – the backbone of their families.

They are the faces of: leaders, motivators, risk-takers, multi-taskers, go-getters, problem-solvers, hardworkers, supporters, nurturers, goal-setters and stabilisers.
